Our Electrical Stamping Division is a hub of technological excellence, producing over 45,000 metric tons per annum of precision laminations tailored to exact specifications. Our integrated facility combines advanced manufacturing setups, a modern tool room, and a state-of-the-art testing facility, ensuring efficient handling of high production volumes.
Our punching operations feature AIDA high-speed, high-precision motor core lamination presses with auto-stacking, enhancing productivity and accuracy for laminations up to 600mm in diameter using progressive tools.
For heat treatment, we employ a SCADA-controlled continuous decarb annealing and blueing furnace, reducing carbon content and ensuring a uniform grain structure to minimize watt loss in electric motors and generators.
In die casting, our setup includes high-pressure machines with automated alloy ladling, die spraying, and robotic extraction, enabling us to produce over 18,000,000 intricate castings annually.
Our lamination pressing utilizes servo presses to deliver superior quality laminated products with precise dimensional accuracy. The Stamping Division manufactures stators and rotors for diverse applications, including ceiling fans, mixers, industrial motors, coolers, refrigeration systems, washing machines, pumps, and exhaust systems.
